Viriva Community Credit Union provides financial services and guidance for the improvement of the financial well-being of our members throughout their lives. Viriva Community Credit Union is not just a place where members go to conduct financial transactions. It is a cooperative of people helping other people to achieve their financial goals and further aiding to improve their quality of life, through value, trust, integrity and mutual respect.
In keeping with Viriva Community Credit Union’s ongoing commitment to provide members with the best possible service, we have contracted with a Colorado based market research company (whose area code is 303) to conduct service quality measurement for the Credit Union. They will be contacting some of our members by telephone to conduct a brief interview regarding service. The survey only takes 3 to 4 minutes and the questions relate strictly to the service quality you receive from Viriva. The representatives will not ask for, or be provided with, account-sensitive information, including, but not limited to, your account number, social security number, birth date, and/or account balance.
